I’ve used the Thermo-Pads for the first time yesterday. I
was very impressed. It was the warmest under ice dive I can remember.
We spent 80 minutes in the water. If you add to that the
30
minutes doing last minute things before entering the water , the
Pads gave me
warmth for over two hours and where still warm when I got undressed.
I am really satisfied with the products.
I thank you for your prompt
service. They are a wonderful product and I highly recommend them
to family and friends. Now I have another reason to recommend
your products - the fact that your company responds to customers.
I want to thank you for everything, since you did resend which I know
is a huge burden.
I did recieve the package yesterday, and I have to say your 808 pad is

All my life I have
suffered (if that's not too strong a word) from cold hands--at times, very
cold! Not a big deal for most people, I guess, but you see...
I am a United Church
minister, and as pastor of a congregation, I of course am expected to
shake a lot of hands after Sunday services. I know it sounds
funny,
but some people actually used to complain about my frigid
handshake
(yes, my hands really do get that cold). I had become
quite self-conscious about it.
But since I
discovered Hood Thermo-Pad, my problem is solved.
Shortly before the
end of the service, I activate a pad, which I then grip in my right
hand until it's hand-shaking time ... it works beautifully! No
more
frigid handshakes!

By the time we will have facilitated all our educator workshops, your
Thermo-Pads will be in the ‘Educator Toolkits’ of over 300 naturalists
and science educators – the pads are used in an activity that’s a
little cumbersome to explain in an email. Just know that you’ve helped

My
first test with your product was as a warmer for my hurt neck =0) It

Thanks much for the #808 Thermo-Pad, which came yesterday and fits
nicely into my astro-photography kit. I'm going to send the 4x4 T-Pads
I've been using to 4 of my astronomy friends --who've been doing all
sorts of things to make heat and fight the formation of dew on their
equipment at night. Unlike myself, these guys regularly get away to
regional star parties --where plenty of interested folks will see your
T-Pads in use.
PS-The heaters are awesome for diving and we are really happy with
them!

John. Everything arrived just fine. We recharged the pads and then I
demonstrated
them for my kids. They were
fascinated. Since then, I've shown them to a number of friends and

friend's daughter,
in her early teens, apparently has cold hands
all winter long.
We went on a day trip to the
Shenandoah Valley to tour Endless Caverns and the Newmarket
Battlefield, so I gave her two
of the pocket warmers to take along.

Motorcycling with my Brother, we took

Today, both of my children each took

Little did I realize how yellowed with age
my thermo pad had
become till your pristine clear/white ones arrived. That any
vinyl
still holds its contents after over fifteen years of repeated boilings
is the amazement.
I appreciated the expanded instructions and tips,
especially
storing the pad in the liquid state Whicb brings me to my
only
dismay: what do I store it in? The last went faithfully
back in its
now tattered cardboard packaging that fit it like a glove-I could stand
it up on its edge in front of the cabinet within easy reach in the
middle of the night and nothing could get inadvertently laid on it,
activating or puncturing it. If no more of the
individual boxes how
do you store yours?

believe Im doing this I decry all the useless, excess packaging
that
stuff comes in and Im lamenting that my new thermal pads don't have
their neat little package to nest in!]
I also appreciated the
thousand and one
uses which I'd never thought of before (may have to send some pads to
my Lake country Ontario neices for their morning drives to work), and
the 'kneading' of the stiff activated pad which makes it fit curves
more comforfably. In the past I had carefully avoided
bending it for

I use the thermopads in my mineralogy course to illustrate the concepts
of nucleation, super cooling, and latent heat of fusion. They are

Thank you for the quick
response. I dove locally on Sunday at Houston County lake using the
pads. Water temp. was 63F with a max. depth of 31ft. It was a very
short dive time wise due to zero visibility. However the pads kept us
comfortably warm. I am planning to use them again in two weeks on a
100ft dive at lake Travis in Austin TX. My dive buddy from Sunday is
very interested in the pads. So I've sent her the link to your site.

One
for my bed, another smaller one I can put on my kidneys when Im out and
about, then stuff in my purse and keep warm enough, like temperature
controlling.
But this one is going with me everywhere now, everyday. No
more sitting down and losing all my heat and being miserable all day.

just bought my first thermo-pads after hearing about your product on
NPR.com.
(I got 4 of the 4" x 4" pads) Last night I walked to meet friends
and took 2 for the way over and 2 for the way back. When I took
the
extras out at the end of the evening and snapped that disc you would've
thought I
spun my head 360 degrees. People were
overwhelmed, curious, excited and most of all - grabby. Now I
think
I need to buy a whole bunch more ofthese for presents and such. To get
to the point, I am wondering if I can order more than 4 of these at a
time.

I bought these pads because I am a birth
assistant
(or doula.) I am hired by women having a home or hospital birth
in
which they want some other labor support besides their partner.
Heating
pads are a great tool but in the hospital electrical outlets are
usually
off-limits so electric heating pads are out and the type that need to
be
heated in a mircowave (like the rice filled bags) are inconvenient
because
you have to go run and find a microwave somewhere or bother the
nurses.
The thermo-pads are great because I can keep them in my birth bag and
activate

I am using it to heat my stomach when I do the liver/gallbladder
